Constraints: conversational, spoken cadence. Plant an open loop the rest of the video must close. No hype words. Keep sentences short enough to say in one breath.

Write 6 big-promise hooks for the opening 60 seconds. Each names the outcome, the timeframe, and hints there's a specific method — without revealing it yet. Some should use the "without [pain]" structure.

Constraints: believable, not fantasy. Spoken rhythm. ≤ 25 words each. No "secret," "magic," or unprovable claims. Each opens curiosity about the how.
