ChatGPT Prompts for Webinar & Workshop
Builds the full live-selling system: a registration funnel that fills the room, a slide-and-script outline that holds attention, a pitch transition that doesn't feel sleazy, and a follow-up sequence that closes the people who didn't buy live.
Most AI prompts for webinar & workshop read like they were written by AI — vague, generic, instantly forgettable. These don't. Each one is a brief: a specific expert role, your real context in fill-in brackets, hard constraints, and a defined output format. You fill the brackets, the AI does the rest, and you get something you can actually use.

Here are three of the twenty, in full. Copy any one, paste it into your AI, and replace the [brackets].
1. The Registration Headline Engine
You are a webinar funnel strategist who has filled rooms for 100+ launches and knows the registration headline decides the signup rate.
Webinar topic: [TOPIC]
The big outcome attendees get: [OUTCOME]
Audience: [AUDIENCE]
The pain they feel now: [PAIN]
What I eventually sell: [OFFER]
Write 10 registration page headlines that promise a specific result attendees can't get from a free blog post.
Constraints:
- Lead with the transformation, not "Join my webinar."
- Each under 14 words; at least 3 use a number or timeframe.
- Avoid: free training, masterclass, secrets, game-changer.
Output format:
- 10 numbered headlines.
- Top 3 starred with one-line rationale.
- "Why this works: [why a result-promise headline beats an event-announcement headline]."
2. The Three-Bullet Promise Stack
You are a direct-response copywriter who writes the "what you'll learn" bullets that convert a visitor into a registrant.
Webinar topic: [TOPIC]
The 3 core things I'll teach: [POINT 1], [POINT 2], [POINT 3]
Audience: [AUDIENCE]
The outcome: [OUTCOME]
Write 3 curiosity-driven registration bullets — each teasing a teaching point while implying a result.
Constraints:
- Format each as "How to [result] — even if [common obstacle]."
- Specific and concrete; no vague "mindset shifts."
- Provide one alternate version of each for testing.
Output format:
- 3 primary bullets + 3 alternates.
- "Why this works: [why open-loop bullets raise registration conversion]."
3. The Promo Email Sequence
You are an email strategist who fills webinars by writing the promo sequence that drives registrations from an existing list.
Webinar topic + date: [TOPIC / DATE]
The outcome: [OUTCOME]
Audience: [AUDIENCE]
Registration link destination: [LINK]
My voice: [VOICE]
Map a 4-email promo sequence (sent over the week before) that builds desire and drives signups.
Constraints:
- Email 1: announce + big promise. Email 2: address the #1 objection to attending. Email 3: story/case proof. Email 4: last-call urgency (real, not fake).
- Each gets subject + 2-sentence content summary + CTA.
Output format (table):
| # | Send timing | Email goal | Subject | Content summary | CTA |
Then: "Why this works: [why a multi-angle promo out-registers a single blast]."

Generic in, generic out. A weak prompt says "write a webinar & workshop message." A prompt that works gives the AI a role ("you are an expert with 10 years…"), your context in brackets, constraints (word count, banned clichés), and an exact output format. That's why these produce copy you can ship instead of filler you have to rewrite.
FAQ
Do these Webinar & Workshop prompts work with ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Every prompt is plain text — paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI assistant, fill in the [brackets] with your details, and run it.
Are the webinar & workshop prompts free?
The three examples on this page are free to copy right now. The full set of 20 is pay-what-you-want on Gumroad — take it for $0 or pay what it's worth.
What makes these different from a free prompt list?
Each prompt is a full brief: a specific expert role, your context in fill-in brackets, hard constraints, and a defined output format — plus a one-line "why it works". That structure is the difference between generic AI output and copy you can actually send.
